C.I.A.

The Central Intelligence Agency of the government of the United States of America. In the Carlos Trillo/Jordi Bernet album Light & Bold the C.I.A. plays the role of a sinister force that the writer doesn't really need to explain. This is something that the C.I.A. does well, providing shortcuts in comics plots. In the album Ramba II the heroine is hired to investigate some dolphin researchers by a man who won't show his face, and her payoff comes with a letter from the C.I.A.
