Summary: Lubna has a new boyfriend, a Japanese diplomat named Marsi Roentgen. She sends Ranx a goodbye video. This enrages Ranx (as everything does) and he goes looking for her. Marsi is having Ranx followed, and when Ranx takes out two of Marsi's men Marsi gets concerned and calls Tom Limbo, Lubna's father. Tom tells Marsi to lock himself in, because Tom's waiting for a call from the Americans. Lubna arrives at her dad's office with Ranx close behind, and Tom locks the door. The President of the U.S. has a virus for which Tom can supply the antidote, and will as soon has he gets an appropriate transport container. The President got the virus from a kamikaze call girl working for the KGB. When Tom sees Ranx he decides to rebuild him and use him as a courier for the serum. Lubna discovers that she still loves Ranx. Marsi arrives, and points out to Tom that he knows Tom's not really Lubna's father, but rather Lubna's mother with plastic surgery. Tom threatens Marsi with incorporation into a pharmaceutical product if he doesn't keep quiet about that. Ranx is rebuilt to be a robot priest, and Lubna is deleted from his emotions. The vaccine is added, and Ranx is sent towards Washington. Meanwhile Lubna and friends go to a fashion show to score some drugs, and are caught up in a bloody massacre in which Lubna is badly hurt. Marsi is working against Tom and the American President, and arranges for the plane Ranx is supposed to be on to blow up. Ranx makes a friend named Ciro (who needs a priest), then boards a ship called the Ugo, and is spotted. Marsi is immediately killed by Mai-Lu. Mai-Lu and henchmen then board the Ugo, drain Ranx's fluids, and damage him considerably. Ranx begins raving about the almighty divine spirit of Lubna, seizes control of the ship and blows up its nuclear core. The Americans get impatient and send General Hacker to visit Limbo Tower and get the antidote directly. Hacker gets the formula and kills Lubna's mother. Ciro saves Ranx from the explosion of the Ugo, and they soon encounter a death cult that wants Ranx to give extreme unction to 30,000 people at once. Ciro objects and saves Ranx once again from a nuclear explosion; only his head this time. Ranx's head ends up as a radio in Lubna's bedroom.
