   "The Movie Camera"* (Li'l Eight Ball) 6 p. in New Funnies,

   impress Honeysuckle Jones, and builds a flying model
   airplane. She puts on a new hat to impress him, but the
   airplane destroys the hat and she gives him a good beating.
   Then Mammy sends Eight Ball to watch the store (the
   Dixieland Newsreel and Snapshot Co. Inc.) while Uncle
   Washboard has his lunch. A running gun battle goes by in
   the street, and Eight Ball catches it on Uncle Washboard's
   movie camera. The crooks are caught and Eight Ball gets a
   reward, which impresses Honesuckle Jones, and he invites

   98 (Apr. 1945). -- Summary: Honeysuckle Jones says Eight
   Ball isn't her type, she wants a tall dark outdoor man who
   smokes a pipe, like her Uncle Washboard. Both Honeysuckle
   and Eight Ball try smoking Washboard's pipe, and it makes
   them sick. The Doctor Killpeeple makes a house call, smells
   the smoke on Eight Ball's breath, and gets sick himself.
   Mammy figures out what's going on, apparently decides it's
   not too serious, and takes the opportunity to give the
   reluctant doctor some castor oil. Uncle Washboard's wife is
