   monk by vanquishing the reigning bully, Topden. The next
   night, after a horde of cats has been brought in to watch
   the temple, the Topden wants to be friends and shows
   Gabriel how to get past the cats by giving them mice.
   Gabriel refuses to sacrifice the mice, but rather makes
