   Summary: Barney Barrows is a janitor for the Gotham Police
   Department, when he is caught in an explosion of the "big
   x-ray machine" he's mopping behind. Though he has
   previously failed the examination to be a police officer,
   he now gains an enlarged head and more brain power. He
   deduces the secret identities of Batman and Robin, and
   forces them to follow his orders while they look for the
   Metals Mob, stealers of things like iridium, tantalum,
   tungsten and "all those rare metals."  It turns out the
   Kyler Aluminum Co. is fencing the metals, and smuggling
   them inside hollow bars of aluminum. Just as the gang is
   caught, Barney collapses and his head shrinks back to
   normal. He forgets the secret identities, and goes back to

   drops one of them back at the base, dead but with a letter
   attached. Captain Wings is instructed to exchange himself
   for the rest of the men. It's a trap, at a temple in the
   country, but Captain Wings goes anyhow. Just as the men are
   about to be cremated alive in Prince Yuima-Koji's plane,
   Griper shows up, kills Madam Dragon and blows up the
