Summary: An adaptation of the 1893 novel Dracula, by Bram Stoker. Jonathan Harker leaves his fiancée Mina and travels to Transylvania to complete a transaction whereby a Count Dracula purchases Carfax, an estate in London. As a guest in the castle, surrounded with wolves, he discovers that his host doesn't like mirrors or crucifixes, and also that there are ladies that want to bite him at night. Exploring during the day, he finds Dracula sleeping in his coffin. Dracula soon ships himself and a load of fifty coffins to England, where Mina's friend Lucy starts acting strangely anemic. Doctors Seward and Van Helsing keep bringing her back with blood transfusions, but eventually it's too much and she dies, only to come to life and start biting people at night. Jonathan Harker returns to England back and marries Mina. A madman in Seward's hospital, by the name of Renfield, starts raving about his master having arrived. Van Helsing starts to figure it out, and Lucy gets a stake through her heart, decapitation, and a mouthful of garlic so she can rest in peace. Then the doctors rush around England purifying the coffins. Dracula escapes by shipping himself home in the last coffin, and they catch him and kill him as gypsies cart the coffin toward the castle.

   chapt. 2) / Deschamps ; Auclair. p. 9-22 in À Suivre, no. 2
   (Mars 1978). -- Introduction: "Contre l'histoire officielle
Ils
-- Call no.:

   "Le Roi-Poisson" (Bran Ruzh, chapt. 3) / Deschamps ;
   Auclair. p. 85-97 in À Suivre, no. 3 (Avr. 1978). --
-- Plates
